30 Day PSP AFPD Graduate | Family Alumni Story
Curtis Schultz
I started my journey with this academy over 10 years ago. When I was 16, I saw their company polo and wanted one. Jerame told me the only way to earn it was to serve in the military and pass their class. After serving 6.5 years in the Army, I got out in 2023. Jerame reached out to check on me and see if I was ready to take the course. It was a long month of rigorous coursework and studying, but I finally earned that polo. Beyond the shirt, the education is absolutely worth it. It has helped me stand out in job interviews because no one else has what Jerame teaches. Take the course, further your education, and make yourself stand out from the crowd.
30 Day PSP AFPD Graduate | Alumni Professional
To be forthcoming and straightforward, the courses at AFPD have been the most rewarding I have taken in my life. The training is worth the time and money, but the connections and community are just as powerful. I’ve come to see that Jerame truly cares about helping others succeed, especially veterans in need. His courses were not created for a quick turnaround or a quick buck—they were carefully designed to teach high-level skills in the most time-efficient way possible. I work in executive protection, and the knowledge and skills I learned in the 30-day program have set me far ahead of my peers. If you’re ready to learn, listen, and grow, AFPD is the school and community you can trust.

Executive Protection Security Specialist | Alumni Story
Training with Jerame Ayers at the Academy for Professional Development has been one of the most empowering and transformative experiences of my career in protective services. Jerame is not only a highly knowledgeable and experienced instructor, he’s also a mentor who genuinely invests in his students’ success. His academy delivers far more than technical skills. It builds real-world readiness, professional discipline, and the kind of confidence that only comes from rigorous, practical training. Jerame’s commitment doesn’t stop when class ends, he continues to support, guide, and advocate for us as we grow in the industry. Whether it was Executive Protection training or advanced TSCM instruction, the quality of instruction was outstanding, relevant, and immediately applicable. I left each course feeling sharper, stronger, and more prepared to take on challenging assignments. If you’re serious about leveling up in the private security or EP world, I can’t recommend Jerame and his academy highly enough. The network, the mentorship, and the training are all second to none.
